The upgraded the seals on my corrugated shop door to the brush type, and replaced the seals on my house garage doors. They did a great job, and I'm happy with the way my doors seal out the elements now.

Superior Door’s customer service was above and beyond our expectations! When our 20 year old garage door opener broke down, Superior was on site and had an entirely new system up and running right away! Even programmed our keyless entry and remotes. All done in less than an hour! Price was reasonable and service was very professional and prompt.

There was a big miscommunication at start of job. We had to wait 2 hours at new construction for the installer to return with our doors to install them. But I must say the installer Michael was the BEST. So polite and so willing to please. He did great job and explained what we needed to know. ****** Great company!

Another great job by Superior Door Service Inc. I left a phone message after hours on Sunday evening that my garage door spring had broken. They called me early Monday to let me know their Service Technician, Brandon, would make the repair just after lunch, which he did. A year ago, I had a garage door lift motor replaced by their Service Techs (Brandon and D.J.) and both did timely and excellent work, answered all questions and told me how to maintain it periodically. I’ve had great service from this company.

Brandon came out from Raytown to Lawrence and promptly fixed my door. He entered some codes and lubricated it. He said it sounded quiet and was in good shape and no additional repairs needed. He was very friendly, efficient and asked me about any other problems I may have with the door. Highly recommended!

I don't remember all the names but David was the man I first talked to and was on site to fix a poorly installed operator that lifts a 14x18 industrial type door. It was self destructing. Also with him was "the father and son (ex Marine !!!)". The father did a fantastic job of remounting the operator and rewiring it, and the son did a factory like job of installing a special weatherstripping to the door exterior to keep water out of the unit. I am very pleased with all the work and in fact will have them replace my residential garage doors next. You will not be disappointed if you use Superior for anything.
