Another great job by Superior Door Service Inc. I left a phone message after hours on Sunday evening that my garage door spring had broken. They called me early Monday to let me know their Service Technician, Brandon, would make the repair just after lunch, which he did. A year ago, I had a garage door lift motor replaced by their Service Techs (Brandon and D.J.) and both did timely and excellent work, answered all questions and told me how to maintain it periodically. I’ve had great service from this company.
My old Genie garage door opener finally quit. Superior came out and accessed the problem, said he could fix it right away little over and hour and was all done.
Brandon very knowledgeable and so informative and polite and helpful and honest. Very pleased with service and even one answered phone . You know they know their business! Family owned and support local business. Thank you ! Highly recommend co

Just received seven star service, AGAIN! Always fast, dependable and fairly priced. Today, Brandon helped us and went above and beyond in several areas. He tries hard to solve difficult problems and his knowledge and experience help him to provide budget friendly long term solutions. We've relied on Superior Door for decades -- their technicians, AND those who take our calls, have always been super helpful and genuine, and today Brandon rocked! I highly recommend this company. We had a garage door that was not opening and closing properly. We called and they sent Brandon out to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
Brandon came out from Raytown to Lawrence and promptly fixed my door. He entered some codes and lubricated it. He said it sounded quiet and was in good shape and no additional repairs needed. He was very friendly, efficient and asked me about any other problems I may have with the door. Highly recommended!
I don't remember all the names but David was the man I first talked to and was on site to fix a poorly installed operator that lifts a 14x18 industrial type door. It was self destructing. Also with him was "the father and son (ex Marine !!!)". The father did a fantastic job of remounting the operator and rewiring it, and the son did a factory like job of installing a special weatherstripping to the door exterior to keep water out of the unit. I am very pleased with all the work and in fact will have them replace my residential garage doors next. You will not be disappointed if you use Superior for anything.
